*No Flour* GF Banana & Almond Butter Muffins

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 ripe bananas 

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 TBSP honey

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips for topping

PREP TIME

  • Prep | 5 m

  • Cook | 8-9 m

  • Quantity | 6-7 muffins

  • Duration | 4-5 days

DIRECTIONS 

1. Blend all ingredients together in the blender excepts for the chocolate chips.

2. Pour the batter in muffin cups and add chocolate chip toppings.

3. Bake at 380F for 8-9minutes. Each muffin is about 100 calories. Enjoy!
